Introducing… South Main Sewcial Club!

I don’t know about you, but I can really get behind a gathering of good friends and a really fun project—with a nice drink and tasty snacks being the proverbial “icing on the cake.”

That’s the sentiment fueling the South Main Sewcial Club, the first meeting of which is coming soon.

We’re bringing you some crafty fun at our 121 South Main Street HQ and on the road, too.

The first meeting features Potholder Weaving! Remember making these when you were young? It’s at least as fun to make them now as it was then.

We are SEW excited to bring to our customers these beautifully made top quality potholder looms and substantial cotton loops. They really do make the best potholders.

$10 includes supplies for one potholder and light refreshments.

Join us at Washington Street Purveyors for a “sip & stitch” on Sept. 9 from 5-6:30 (bring a hand stitching project or we’ll have potholder supplies, too).

Stay tuned for more dates, and locations, and fun projects.
